The Reject Shop is growing and transitioning toward Dollarama Australia. This Assistant Store Manager role puts you on the floor with the Store Manager, guiding the team, keeping operations smooth, and learning every part of running a store by doing it.

You will have a real path to running your own store, with a roster that includes no Sunday hours and every second Saturday off. A base hourly rate plus penalties, overtime, and 17.5% leave loading supports your development.

Formación

• Led a shift or supervisor role in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Willing to learn and advance within the company.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations on the floor alongside the Store Manager.
• Supervise and coach team members during shifts.
• Ensure service standards, stock management and store presentation.
