Job summary

OPSM Northland in Preston, VIC, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the Northland team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in luxury eyewear.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Northland team.

No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Confidence to provide and improvement feedback to your team.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
