Job summary

Bailey Nelson is looking for an Assistant Store Manager at our North Lakes store. Join a down-to-earth team focused on improving every day and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help manage the store operations, coach the team, and drive performance while promoting internal growth as we expand across ANZ.

The role offers hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, with generous incentives and opportunities to progress within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level.
• A confident leader who enjoys developing others.
• Passionate about creating great customer experiences.
• Available to work full time on a Sunday to Thursday roster.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
