Job summary

ALDI Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Australia to drive daily operations and sales, inspire the team, and uphold the highest standards of service. You will support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-dollar business, manage rostering, reporting, and customer experience across the store.

You’ll train and coach team members to be their best, keep the store safe and clean, manage stock and merchandising, and step in to run the store during the Store Manager's leave.

• Assist on registers, stock, and merchandising actions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high service standards.
