ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Western Australia to lead daily operations, drive sales and inspire a high-performing team. You will support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar store with a focus on safety, presentation, and customer service.

You'll train and coach staff, manage rosters, control stock, and look for opportunities to improve store performance. This role offers strong career progression within ALDI and a competitive remuneration package.

• Ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction, even during absences.
• Step up to run the store when the Store Manager is on leave.
