Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar fast-paced retail role.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed KPIs using MyFit 3D tech.
• Motivate and inspire the team to consistently beat sales targets.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Co-manage rosters and control wage spend with the Store Manager.
• Oversee store operations, presentation, and stock management.
• Champion training and succession planning.
• Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and health professionals.
• Ensure OH&S compliance with national and state regulations.
