The Athlete’s Foot Albury, part of Accent Group Limited, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced footwear team and deliver outstanding customer experiences with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks and Hoka.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage rosters, ensure store standards, and mentor staff while building community ties through local partnerships and health professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Knowledge of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
• Motivate and inspire the team to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend.
• Support daily store operations, including store presentation and stock management.
• Foster staff training, development, and succession planning.
