The Athlete’s Foot Victoria Gardens is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a busy retail team. You’ll drive exceptional customer service, manage rosters and wage spend, and ensure stock control and visual merchandising standards across Nike, Adidas, Hoka, and other top brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or 3IC in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record in meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Solid stock control and visual merchandising knowledge.
• Willingness to participate in leadership events and brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales.
• Motivate the team to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on rosters and wage spend.
• Support store operations, presentation, and stock management.
• Foster training, development, and succession planning.
• Engage with partnerships and healthcare professionals.
