rebel Coffs Harbour is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive store performance and lead a 25-person team at our Coffs Harbour store. You will coach and develop your people, champion safety and KPIs, and celebrate wins as part of a customer-first leadership approach.

Qualifications

Experience as Assistant Store Manager or as a Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up.
Management/leadership experience required; deliver top-tier customer service.
Motivate and inspire your team; train and drive floor sales.
Strong eye for visual merchandising and creating an inspiring in-store experience.
Experience in stock control, health and safety and store security.

Responsibilities

Lead from the front with a 25-strong team, drive sales and coach talent.
Champion safety and KPIs while celebrating wins.
Support the Store Manager to reach full sales potential and ensure smooth store operation.
