Focus on Furniture in Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store leadership team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager, coach and motivate the sales team, contribute to achieving store targets, and step into leadership when on site.

This role requires a hands-on leadership style, strong communication, problem solving and weekend availability; furniture experience is advantageous

Formación

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets (KPIs).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to lead from the front and coach others.
• Weekend availability required.
