Job summary

Perfect Stranger is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team in a Full-Time capacity. You will work closely with the Store Manager, stepping into many Store Manager responsibilities and supporting daily operations on a Sunday-Thursday roster.

You’ll lead by example, coach a dynamic team, drive sales targets, manage VM and promotions, and uphold our brand standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience at supervisory level.
• Strong sales focus with team motivation.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising and stock control.

• Lead store operations and team performance.
