Stylerunner Mosman is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and embody our premium brand on the shop floor. You will collaborate with the Store and Area Managers to identify opportunities for performance and progression for you and your team, while supporting daily operations and coaching staff in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading a store team or similar supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion, wellness and premium product ranges.
• Strong communication and people leadership abilities.
• Track record of driving KPIs and improving store performance.
• Excellent organisation and time management for fast-paced environments.
• Calm, proactive attitude in busy retail settings.
• Willing to work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
• Deliver standout customer experiences and strong KPI results.
• Manage floor operations, stock, visuals and daily processes.
• Help drive a confident store culture across the team.
• Coach casual team members and support training and development.
• Step up to run the store when needed and maintain compliance.
