Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, leadership support, or equivalent retail leadership role.
• Strong client-focused service and sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to coach and develop a retail team and drive store performance.
• Familiar with stock control, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering sales KPIs.
• Coach and mentor team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock checks, and stock presentation.
• Support rostering and wage cost controls to optimise store performance.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and inclusive store environment.
