Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader with a track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions that positively impact sales.
• Growth mindset with willingness to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles.
• Confident coach who develops others and builds high-performing teams.
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation.
• Own whole-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT and customer experiences.
• Lead by example by engaging with customers on the shop floor to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins and opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed.
• Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
