Job summary

Vodafone Australia seeks a dynamic store team member to work alongside a store manager, assisting with merchandising and product launches while coaching the team to meet sales objectives and deliver personal customer experiences.

You will rotate across a 5 of 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays, participate in four days of training (virtual and in person), and have access to wellbeing programs, exclusive discounts, and tech training from brands like Apple and Samsung.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Must hold ongoing, unrestricted Australian work rights.
• Availability across 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, peak trade days and public holidays.
• Training support on latest tech from brands like Apple and Samsung.
