Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor/Team Leader to lead a 20+ team on the shop floor. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive strong results while maintaining a safe, engaging first-class retail environment.

The role emphasises hands-on leadership, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume store across rebel, BCF, Macpac and related brands.

Qualifications

• Management/leadership experience on the shop floor.
• Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
• Experience in training, driving floor sales and achieving targets.
• Experience with visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to maximise sales and store performance.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor and mentor team.
• Drive floor sales, train staff and ensure customer service standards.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising and safety compliance.
