rebel in Hurstville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 25+ team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll support the Store Manager to maximise sales, ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive, engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• Management/leadership experience required.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead by example.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience in training, driving floor sales and results.
• Experience with visual merchandising and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and safety and store security requirements.
