DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Mile End Dulux Trade Centre Store. This full-time role (38 hours) operates Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday mornings. You will lead staff, drive customer service, and oversee inventory and cash procedures to boost store performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong relationships with depot/agencies.
• Cash handling and EFTPOS operation.
• Accurately mix and tint paint and manage stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and coach staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Oversee inventory and merchandising.
• Manage opening, closing and cash procedures.
