Job summary

Adore Beauty is seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join the Kotara store leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive store performance.

In this fast-paced retail environment you’ll coach and develop the team, manage stock and merchandising, and implement promotions to maximise sales while upholding Adore Beauty’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role.
• Experience in beauty or fashion retail is advantageous.
• Hands-on leader who guides from the floor in a fast-paced store.

We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team at our Kotara store.

• Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre

Who You Are

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at Assistant Store Manager level
• Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded
• Hands-on and confident leading from the floor in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong understanding of customer service, stock management, and driving sales performance
• A supportive and accountable leader who leads by example, builds team capability, and brings a results-driven mindset
