Job summary

by Charlotte is seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager for our Indooroopilly boutique in Queensland. This part-time role (30 hours per week) is about leading with warmth, mentoring a team and delivering memorable customer experiences.

You will partner with the Boutique Manager on KPIs, keep store presentation pristine, manage stock and operations, and build meaningful relationships with customers and the community.

Opening this November, our beautifully curated Indooroopilly boutique will be a place to create something truly special. We’re looking for an exceptional, brand-aligned Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team, help shape an environment of warmth and creativity, and bring thoughtful, memorable moments to life each day.

*Please note: This is a part-time position, working 30.0 hours per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Together with the Boutique Manager, you will:

• Lead with intention, setting the tone through your presence and bringing our signature warmth to every customer interaction.
• Mentor and uplift your team, nurturing confidence, collaboration and capability while supporting individual and team growth.
• Help bring the boutique to life, maintaining beautiful presentation, thoughtful merchandising alongside adherence to alongside accurate stock management and efficient processes.
• Partner with the Boutique Manager on team performance, using KPIs and insights to support coaching, development and commercial success.
• Build meaningful customer relationships by listening with care, responding thoughtfully and creating personal, memorable experiences.
