Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is growing and seeking an Assistant Manager for our Mornington store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise a team of Sushi Artisans and help deliver world-class sushi and customer service every day.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervising a team.
• Hospitality experience in kitchens and customer service.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Sushi production experience is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn.
