EB Games settlement city is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy team and deliver the EB Experience. You will drive customer service excellence, manage daily store operations, and use KPI data to maximise profitability while upholding our ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving KPI targets.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff.
• Detail-oriented merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible service to all customers.
• Manage the day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and organisation to a high standard.
• Inventory control and loss prevention for incoming, outgoing and current stock.
• Maximise the store’s profitability using KPI and sales data.
• Coaching and training teams for success and progression.
• Leading by example by upholding our ethos values of Family, Integrity, Vitality, Vision, Accountability, Recognition, and Sustainability.
• This is a full-time role requiring flexible availability across weeknights, weekends and public holidays.
