Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership.
• Support the delivery of sales targets, KPIs and business objectives.
• Coach, develop and empower team members on the shop floor.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor with memorable customer experiences.
• Drive team performance through coaching and development conversations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising excellence.
