Job summary

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales across retail, trade and design, and deliver personalised customer service to help customers find lighting solutions.

About You

• Previous experience in retail, sales or a customer-focused environment, ideally with leadership experience
• A natural ability to motivate others, build relationships and lead by example
• A commercial mindset, with a focus on sales results and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and confidence taking ownership
• A current driver's licence
