Job summary

bp Retail is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Australia to lead a store team and elevate the customer experience across a 24-hour operation. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive growth, sales performance, and store execution, while championing product promotions and customer satisfaction.

You’ll motivate a diverse team, manage merchandising and inventory, and foster safety and wellbeing in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering reliable service every day.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in retail teams (supervisory or management role).
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Track record of achieving sales and performance goals.
• Ability to manage merchandising and inventory effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation.
