Petstock Smithfield is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world-class customer service. You will help manage stock, VM displays, and daily operations to ensure a safe, high-performing store.

• Experience in a similar store leadership role.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Take on the role of Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Petstock Smithfield and support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team to deliver the world-class customer service we're known for, playing a key role in the success of the Petstock Group.

• Full Time - Tuesday to Saturday (40 hours)
• Lead from the front by consistently providing an exceptional customer experience
• Assist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are consistently maintained
