Job summary

Baker Bleu, Bondi, is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a brand-new bakery location. You will support the Store Manager, ensure smooth daily service and uphold Baker Bleu's warm, polished customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory hospitality or retail experience, strong communication and a hands-on leadership style. Daytime shifts, supportive team, training and staff perks await at this respected, artisan bakery brand.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading shifts and coaching team members.

• Confidence with POS and cash handling.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career, to support the Store Manager and help lead the team at our brand-new Bondi bakery, in a stunning location just moments from the beach.

About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to keep daily retail service running smoothly. You’ll lead by example on the floor, guide team members during busy periods, maintain strong presentation standards and help create the warm, polished customer experience Baker Bleu is known for.

• Lead, support and motivate the FOH team during service.

You’re a positive, reliable hospitality or retail professional who enjoys being hands-on, helping others do their best work and creating a great experience for every customer. You bring energy, pride in presentation and the confidence to make practical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading shifts, coaching team members or acting as a senior team member.
