Kerry Rocks Jewellery on William Street Sydney is seeking a full-time jewellery specialist to deliver personalised service and expert guidance.

You will work in our William Street studio with the founder Kerry Beard and the sales team, servicing in-store and online customers.

Applicants should have 5+ years in high-end retail, knowing gemstones, customization, and bespoke work, with weekend day availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high-end retail.
• Knowledge of gemstones, bespoke jewellery and customisation.
• Strong personal service and organisational skills.
• Ability to work one weekend day per week.

Job description

This is a full-time position (40 hours), including one weekend day in a creative and thriving female led business. We seek a passionate person who has worked within the jewellery industry and has knowledge of gemstones, customisation and bespoke.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a natural flair for offering exceptional personalised customer service, proven organisational skills, and sound knowledge of fine jewellery and gemstones. This is a multifaceted role, where you will be responsible for providing a memorable and personalised experience for customers in-store and online.

You’ll be based in our William Street studio working alongside the founder Kerry Beard, the sales and marketing team who can support you to thrive and grow in your position.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years experience working within high-end retail, and be available to work one weekend day a week.
