Job summary

OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the Robina team. No optical experience required; extensive training provided to deliver an exceptional customer experience with luxury brands such as Chanel, Ray-Ban, Prada, Gucci and Tiffany & Co.

You will drive sales, coach your team, and act as Store Manager when needed, with uncapped monthly bonuses and generous staff benefits. Opportunities for global career progression exist within a dynamic, inclusive employer.

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment.

No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
