Randstad Braybrook is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a vibrant fashion retail team. You will work closely with the Store Manager, inspire staff, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused shopping environment.

Key duties include coaching and mentoring; styling and merchandising; overseeing rosters, stock flow and daily operations; delivering outstanding customer experiences; and monitoring sales performance to drive results.

• Fashion & Trend Aware: you love retail trends and know how to present stock so it practically sells itself.

• Flexible: ready to work a full time, rotating roster (including evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities
