TJX Australia (TK Maxx) Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a large team, develop people and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, productivity and operational excellence while supporting recruitment and ongoing talent development.
