Job summary

Universal Store in Byron Bay is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Second in Charge role, working closely with the Store Manager and mirroring many Store Manager responsibilities.

This hands-on position requires leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching staff to hit sales targets, overseeing VM and promotions, inventory insights, and upholding our brand culture while advancing toward Store Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor/2IC).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The successful candidate will work a Sunday–Thursday roster.

• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
