M.J. Bale is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Business Manager to join our Mosman team.

Founded in Australia in 2009, M.J. Bale creates garments of integrity using quality natural fibres and expert craftsmanship. We’re a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role

Working closely with the Store Business Manager, you’ll help lead the team, drive sales and build lasting relationships with our Mosman customers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, setting the standard for service and helping customers find the right fit for every occasion.

Your day will include:

• Leading the team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs
• Coaching and supporting team members on the shop floor
• Building relationships with new and returning customers
• Providing considered advice on fit, styling and product
• Supporting stock management, visual merchandising and store operations
• Keeping the store well presented and ready for trade
• Leading the store when the Store Business Manager is away
