Job summary

Trinity Grammar School in Sydney seeks an Assistant Sportsmaster to lead and oversee our extensive co-curricular sports program. The role offers meaningful leadership, a flexible Tuesday–Saturday schedule during term time, and a supportive community that values student wellbeing and excellence.

Trinity Grammar School is seeking an outstanding Assistant Sportsmaster to help lead and oversee our extensive co-curricular sports program.

The position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday work week during the School terms and adjusted to suit both parties during the term breaks, providing greater flexibility for personal and family commitments while aligning with the rhythm of school sport and weekend competition.

Working closely with the Sportsmaster and Director of Co-curricular, you will provide leadership across the Secondary School sport program, support Directors and Coordinators of Sport, oversee program quality and readiness, and help ensure that Trinity's sporting culture continues to thrive.

Requirements

The successful applicant will:

• Qualifications in Sports Management or comparable, related experience
• Hold a current Working With Children Check
• Hold a valid Driver's Licence
• Hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications or be willing to obtain them
• Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday each week, during term time.
• Be available to support occasional after-hours events
• Support the Christian ethos and values of Trinity Grammar School

Remuneration is paid in accordance with the relevant the Trinity Grammar School Professional and Operational Enterprise Agreement 2025, with salaries currently ranging from$98,500 to $115,000 (full-time equivalent $107 - $124K).
