Guzman y Gomez Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team through peak service periods.

You will train staff, optimise guest experiences, and assist with inventory and financial management to drive performance. This role suits someone with proven leadership in fast-paced hospitality and a passion for developing teams.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
