Guzman y Gomez Australia is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily management of our restaurant in Armadale. You will lead the team through busy service periods, train crew, and continuously improve guest experience while helping with inventory and financial management.

We value experience in busy hospitality, exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring your team.

Job Description

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
