Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Brisbane-area restaurant through busy service periods, train crew, and drive guest satisfaction. You will support inventory and financial management while maintaining our 100% clean, high-energy hospitality ethos.

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment and delivering outstanding customer service are essential.

You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is:
