Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking a Restaurant Leader to report to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team. You will drive the success of the restaurant, placing Guests at the centre of the business and empowering your team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

You will lead in executing promotions, developing staff, merchandising, stock control and maintaining a safe working environment for both team members and guests.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business.
