Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Australia to support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations and guide the team through busy service periods.

You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to inventory and financial management. The role requires leadership, a motivated attitude and flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving team performance.
• Strong communication and people skills to lead and develop a young team.
• Positive, can-do attitude with high emotional intelligence and passion for food and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends.
