Guzman y Gomez (GYG) in Cronulla, NSW is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead from the front and drive performance, culture and operational excellence. You will own shifts, coach teams, and ensure food quality and guest experience to support the opening of a new restaurant.
