Mace Group is seeking a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager in Sydney to support delivery against time, cost and quality objectives. You will coordinate stakeholders, consultants and contractors and provide accurate project information through research, analysis and reporting.

You’ll work on projects from inception through procurement, construction and handover, building strong client and team relationships while applying Mace best practices and ensuring safety and compliance.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, construction or a related role.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Developing knowledge of construction delivery, procurement, scheduling and commercial controls.

• Promotes Safety First and supports safety, health and wellbeing standards throughout project delivery.
• Supports projects from inception and design through procurement, construction and handover.
• Assists Project Managers in coordinating deliverables, milestones, quality systems and project documentation.
• Builds collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
• Supports risk, change, budget and carbon management, highlighting challenges and appropriate mitigations.
• Manages defined project activities independently, applying Mace best practice and knowledge resources.

You’ll need to have:

• 2-5 years’ experience in project management, construction or a related role.
• Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Developing knowledge of construction delivery, procurement, scheduling and commercial controls.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
