Banjo’s Bakery Cafes in Launceston is seeking a disciplined Assistant Production Manager for a part‑time role. You will lead the Production Team, bake high quality goods, and support daily operations under the Production Manager.

Shifts run across early mornings, with 7 days a week operations and weekend/public holiday coverage. A Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent is preferred, and growth opportunities are offered.

• Cert 3 in Baking or equivalent.
• Experience producing quality baked goods.
• Reliable with good organisation and communication.
• Willingness to grow with us.

Responsabilidades

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day.
• Ensure the Production Team achieves Banjo’s high-quality product standards.
• Assist the Production Manager to manage administration, including budgeting, ordering and rostering.
• Effectively communicate with the Sales Team.
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work.

About Banjo’s

Banjo’s is currently looking for a disciplined and approachable Assistant Production Manager to join the Launceston team!

Leading the Production Team, you’ll be producing high quality, freshly baked goods as well as assisting the Production Manager with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who takes pride in their work – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 1am and 4pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.
