Job summary

Yarrabing Secondary College in Victoria seeks an Assistant Principal – Professional Growth & Development to lead staff professional learning, mentoring and innovative teaching practices. The role will coordinate programs across the College, support induction and professional learning plans, and drive a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the College’s strategic plan.

The successful candidate will work with the College Executive Team to strengthen teaching practice, capacity building

Qualifications

• Proven educational leadership experience in a school or college.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and develop staff.
• Strong financial, managerial and resource management skills.
• Understanding of learning technologies to improve teaching and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and community engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise senior curriculum coordinators and allocate resources.
• Lead professional learning programs and mentoring.
• Coordinate induction, PD plans and staff development.
• Support teaching and learning through data analysis and ICT.
