Job summary

Roles include leading educational programs, policy implementation, and staff development, with responsibilities across budgeting, planning, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated educational leadership with capacity to lead a school’s education program.
• Proven ability to manage change and lead teams through transitions.
• Strong financial, organisational and resource management skills.
• Experience in planning, policy and program development and review.
• Commitment to using learning technologies to improve teaching and learning.
• Ability to motivate staff and build an effective team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with parents and the community.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination of senior curriculum or level coordinators.
• Allocation of budgets, positions of responsibility and other resources within the area.
• Supervision of the delivery of teaching programs.
• Management of programs to improve the knowledge and experience of staff.
• Responsibility for general discipline matters beyond the management of classroom teachers and year level coordinators.
• Contribute to the overall management of the school.
