The position is based at Redlands, Thornlands, with a maximum term of 3 years for a full-time appointment. Applicants should be experienced in senior educational leadership and committed to pastoral care and student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior educational leadership roles such as Assistant Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal within a Christian education setting.
• Commitment to student wellbeing, pastoral care and holistic development of young people.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities to inspire and lead others.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the College community.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to support the College's vision, mission and priorities.
• Support the Principal in leadership, management and operation of the College.
• Lead and support teaching and learning to achieve high-quality educational outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment reflecting Christian values and Lutheran ethos.
• Provide leadership and oversight of student wellbeing and pastoral care initiatives.
