• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the College community.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to support the College's vision, mission and priorities.
• Support the Principal in leadership, management and operation of the College.
• Lead and support teaching and learning to achieve high-quality educational outcomes.

Salary: Senior Executive Level

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to support the College's vision, mission and strategic priorities.
• Support the Principal in the overall leadership, management and effective operation of the College.
• Lead, inspire and support teaching and learning practices that promote high-quality educational outcomes for all students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment that reflects the College's Christian values and Lutheran ethos.
• Provide leadership and oversight of student wellbeing, behaviour management and pastoral care initiatives.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior educational leadership role, such as Assistant Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, preferably within a Lutheran or other Christian educational setting, or equivalent leadership experience
• A demonstrated commitment to student wellbeing, pastoral care and the holistic development of young people.
• Highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead others.
• The ability to build positive and productive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider College community.

Eligibility and Safeguarding:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
• Applicants must be of the Lutheran faith or demonstrate a Christian faith background, with an understanding of and commitment to Christian values
