Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Principal or equivalent leadership role in Catholic schools.
• Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education.
• Must be Catholic or a faith partner of BCE ecumenical schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, promote and strengthen the Catholic identity of the school and embed faith and mission across school life.
• Embed inclusion, diversity and belonging aligned with Catholic values.
• Support staff through professional learning, provide direction and vision for the school.
• Manage assigned staff, finances and resources in line with BCE policies and legislation.
