Qualifications

• Active member of the Catholic Church.
• Demonstrate competency across Catholic Identity, Education, Community and Stewardship.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Strong knowledge of SCSA curriculum and AITSL standards.
• Ability to use data to inform staff and student improvement; Learning Insights helpful.
• Experience with PLD program and Brightpath Writing tool.
• Experience coordinating REA, PAT testing, NAPLAN and online platforms.
• Proven leadership; ability to drive change and inspire staff.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning as Assistant Principal in a small, community-focused school.
• Collaborate with staff, students, parents and parish to support student well‑being and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and pastoral care for Pre-Kindy to Year 6.
