You will lead operational structures and administration across the school, collaborating with the Principal and other leaders to ensure exemplary performance and faithful, values-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• Experienced teacher with recent and relevant school-based expertise in supporting teaching and learning programs through administration.
• High level of organisational skills to allow for the smooth daily organisation of the school.
• Committed to co-creating a nurturing school environment informed by our Scriptural touchstones and our Catholic witness.
• Hold or be eligible to hold registration as a teacher in Queensland.

Responsibilities

• As the Assistant Principal - Administration, you will work in collaboration with the Principal and other school leaders to provide excellent operational structures and administrative processes across all of P-12.
• You will assist the Principal by providing leadership and coordination in a specific area of delegated responsibility.
• Ensuring all operations and processes are acquitted to an outstanding level.
• Providing leadership in any other areas delegated by the Principal.
• Leadership at Mary MacKillop Catholic College requires a specific articulation of how our Josephite witness brings dignity and fullness of life to the community we serve.
