Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager at our Blacktown GP Super Clinic. This role supports the Practice Manager, leads a close-knit team, and helps drive daily operations and patient care in a busy clinical setting.

You’ll contribute to recruitment, rostering, performance reviews and financial oversight while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and team development. Based in Blacktown, the role offers a full-time (38 hours/week) schedule Monday to Friday with strong

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency in Best Practice software preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Operate at Blacktown GP Super Clinic, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Support Practice Manager with recruitment, rostering, team performance reviews and financial oversight.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve KPI targets and practice goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.
• Step in as Acting Practice Manager in the absence of the manager.
